CANCELLATION POLICY

RUNNING LATE?
Please text to let me know. If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit. It may be possible to adjust or reduce your scheduled service in order to allow for late arrivals.  Just let me know as soon as possible if you believe you will be late for your appointment.  

CANCELLATION POLICY: (UPDATED 9/15/18)

**ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE NOW HELD WITH A CREDIT CARD**

-Your card will not be charged until after you receive your service unless you cancel within the 24 hours or are a no call/no show.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients wanting to get in miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- “NO CALL/NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

-A credit card  "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.


Thank you for taking the time to read this, I love each and every one of my clients and I am so grateful to have you so thank you for understanding my cancellation policy. I do understand emergencies happen and I will use my discretion before charging anyone a fee. 


If you must cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or you will be charged for the missed visit. Thank you for respecting what I love doing most – serving you!
